About me

After wide experience in a career working in various different roles, I made a career change in my 40’s and trained as a therapist; something I had wanted to do for a long time.

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy (Distinction). Working as a therapist feels like a natural role for me. I bring a calm and reassuring presence, and clients tell me that I have a warm and caring nature which encourages confidence and security.

I am curious about people and gain a lot of satisfaction from helping my clients unravel difficulties and adversities.

When I am not working I enjoy cooking, walking, music, books and films.

I live in Leeds with my partner and our cat.
